What? Christmas already!

This is still one of my all time favourite photographs. In case you didn't know it is a picture of my son, who is now four and a half years old. He is a "big boy" now, as he tells us over and over again, but every time we celebrate Christmas, I still remember his first one, and especially this photo. I have never worked out whether it is shock, surmise, excitement, wind, gas or something else that caused this photo.
