The Wednesday Word - veriest

Today’s word is veriest. I couldn’t believe it when I read this word and then found it in the dictionary. It means what it sounds like – the superlative of very.

“While the film had many edge of your seat moments, my son described it as the veriest scariest movie he had ever seen.”
