How big should a pill be?

Here is an ad that was found in a medical journal. I am assuming that the numbers indicate the amount (mg) of the drug needed for each particular patient. So far so good.




However in case you missed it, here is the caption at the bottom of the ad.




Thank goodness for that. Imagine hearing the Doctor say, take two of these with food. Also, imagine getting a box of 24 from the pharmacy - you would need a forklift to get them home.
