Two car horns

I have often thought that there should be two car horns on every car. One nasty, one nice. Perhaps the usual beep or honk, and another one perhaps a little tinkle, or bell. That way, when someone is just accidentally in the way, or you just want to give a friendly notice to someone in front you can, you don't have to give them the big honk. I think it would also clear up a lot of the problems of road rage as well.
